It's Spring Break so bring the kiddos (ages 5-12) in for a fun workout so you can get your sweat on too! Children will learn a variety of yoga poses in a creative and interactive way while you can workout on the floor, or try out one of our classes. Mondays- Barbell Revolution, Wednesdays- Cycle, Friday- Pilates Fundamentals. Register at the front desk today! Cost for all 3 classes is $25. Non-refundable. Limit to 10.
