PVM Camp & Conference Center is located near Camden, Ohio. At PVM Camp and Conference Center we host a variety of groups and events. Annually, we host hundreds of guests at church picnics, school and family retreats, corporate meetings, summer camp, family camp, as well as weddings, receptions and bridal showers. We are a year round full service campus ready to assist you in creating your memorable time enjoying God’s creation with all the modern conveniences. Our mission is to use God’s natural splendor to provide exceptional experiences, and proceeds from our operations support summer camp for ALL children and retreats for all. We offer Hearts of Beauty, Band of Brothers, Family camp and hope to expand on out outreach to transform and nurture families. We cannot do it without the help of people like you, who can help sponsor a child for a week of camp or donate to our campaign to build a housing cabin for special needs children. We believe all children should have a chance to enjoy our camp! Our campus sits on an 80-acre wooded property 15 minutes from Miami University, and 60 minutes from both Cincinnati and Dayton. Our idyllic location and grounds inspire wonder, deep breaths, passion, laughter, and peace. The facilities include woods and streams, as well as several picturesque outdoor gathering spaces including a stone-cobbled amphitheater with seating for 250, and a more intimate, open-air chapel that accommodates 175. This summer we completed a new, 6,000 square foot rustic lodge that has 3,100 square feet of open meeting space plus all the modern technology and conveniences you’d find in a typical business setting; restrooms, heat/air conditioning, a stone fireplace, advanced sound system, tables, chairs, linens, and a full commercial kitchen. This meeting space can hold up to 200 guests for a banquet or wedding reception with space for up to 80 guests on the adjoining pavilion. Our Catering Staff provides onsite catering with all food prepared to your specifications. A varied menu is available from our accomplished chef and his staff. They strive to provide large and small groups, exquisite food, artfully presented to customize your event. You may also choose to bring in the caterer of your choice or for smaller events bring your own food. The hospitality does not end after your conference or reception is over! The property has sleeping quarters for up to 150 people in the form of rustic cabins, a bunkhouse, teepees, open air cottages, and our unique Bus Village. Our full service, 6 bedroom/5 bath bed and breakfast is called Ezra house and has been a wonderful addition to our facility. Located on our property it features two living rooms, two porches, a sun room, a full sized-fully furnished gourmet kitchen, a fireplace, and stunning views of the surrounding woods. It has been professionally decorated and has everything you need for a small retreat, leadership summit, or wedding party. How many events have you hosted that end playing on a 15-acre paintball course, or climbing a 40ft rock wall? Or how many wedding ceremonies do you know that end with the bride and groom zip-lining from treetop to treetop? You guessed it – we have a 500 ft double zipline. We also have a lake for fishing or kayaking, skeet shooting, hiking trails, an archery range and a pool.
