The Honcho Summer Campout - Proctor, WV

An idea that has been burning in our brains for a few years will finally spill into the steep, hilly forests of West Virginia this August. Save the date, we'll be taking over the insane Roseland Resort for a weekend bonanza of pool parties, camp fires, club ragers and weirdo sunrise woodland excursions together. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR NOW: - Roseland has a 20 year tradition of being a clothing optional, men-only resort. We must respect the rules of the space and adhere to this for the 2015 edition. We will work towards a larger idea in the future. - We have held ALL of the cabins and best tent camp sites on the resort property in a discounted Honcho block. You will get 10% off all lodging. DO NOT BOOK by yourself without a Honcho Campout ticket because that would be silly and you'll end up somewhere stupid, paying more. - In order to get access to these sites and rates, you will purchase a Honcho Campout ticket for $15. Tickets may rise to $20 later, but no more than that. We will then provide the list of ticket buyers to Roseland, and you will be able to call them to book what you want. Lodging bookings will begin in a few weeks, ticket sales will start tonight. - We will provide a map in the next week of where all the stages will be so you can locate yourselves accordingly. - Start rounding up who you want to camp with now, and we will help you choose the best spot, be it tents for very little cash, or ballin' ass cabins with private baths and flat screens. - Anyone coming into town by airplane, Pittsburgh International is the nearest major airport. There should also be a lot of cars coming from DC. We will help you arrange lodging in town at friends places or cheap hotels, we will also help arrange transport to Roseland.
