Youth Mission Of Love Camp Out - Little Valley American Legion

Bring your blanket/sleeping bag and have a fun night camping out at the Little Valley Legion Pavilion & field …. And help the Orphans in Cambodia while you do it. Information & pledge sheets are available at the L.V. United Methodist Church, L.V. Wesleyan Church, Cattaraugus Trading Post or message the T.E.A.M. fb page and one will be mailed to you. Who: Youth in the community 3rd grade- 12th grade What: Camp Out for the Orphans in Cambodia Where: Little Valley Legion Pavilion/Field When: Friday, August 14th begins at 6:30 thru Saturday, August 15th 10:30 a.m. How: Pick up a pledge sheet & get family & neighbors to support you for the event. Bring just your sleeping bag or blanket and a willing heart to give up all your comforts of home for one night to help another child. This event is open to all kids grades 3rd- 5th and 6th-12th Note: we will have age appropriate activities for both groups attending. By signing the pledge sheet you agree to camp outdoors for the night bringing only plastic tarps, sheets, or cardboard boxes for shelter construction & only 1 blanket with you. (No pillows!) You agree to wear only the clothes on your back, bringing nothing extra with you. Yes teens- this includes your cell phones! You will also agree to give up food for the evening- sadly, these are the conditions many children around the world live in every day. It is our Hope that through this small act of love, Gods love & provision will be poured out over the children who have been orphaned in Cambodia.
