Celebrate the Summer Solstice with the Entire Family! The Solstice Energy is flowing at Sattvic Space and big things are happening! Get a family day pass and enjoy a mini self-care retreat, unlimited classes and complementary mindfulness activities for the kids. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Kenyan orphanage sponsored by Sound Healing Conservatory, to provide them with a well so they can have clean water accessible when needed, as well as the new Sattvic Yoga Room designed by the inspirational mind of Jude LeBlanc. *******************************SOLSTICE SCHEDULE******************************* 8AM - KUNDALINI YOGA (Donation) 9:30-11AM - PRIDEFUL SOUND BATH CEREMONY with Brien Egan and Lian Mosher ($20 donation ) 12-1:15PM - BEGINNER FRIENDLY YOGA with Sarah Jane Kennedy. In the beginning it can be challenging on where to begin with yoga. After class, Sarah will be available to help you select the best class to suit your needs and goals.
