A CAMP FOR FUN AND CONNECTION! Unity Kids Summer Day Camp June 24-28, 2019 • 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Crafts, Music, Heart Tools, Gardening, Outdoor Fun, and More!!! $200/child • $50 deposit required • Final payment due June 10 Registration now being taken! To register, click here Download and print the Medical and Dental Release Form; complete it and bring it to the first day of camp or email it to Chris Gomes Unity T-Shirt included for the first 20 paid registrations Families are asked to send lunch and snacks with their child each day. Water will be available at all times After care is available until 6:00 pm at an additional hourly cost
