4-H Fishing Project

  What: The 4-H fishing project encourages youth to get outside and learn the art of fishing. They will learn about different fishing equipment, fish species, knots, rigging, and casting. Each fishing trip they take they will record weather, water conditions, and their catch. Want more? attend the optional project fishing days listed below. Who: Open to youth ages 5-19 Cost: Free for current SC 4-H Members; $10.00 for Non-Members Upstate Fishing Events (optional): Youth from other regions are welcome to participate in any fishing days, camping trips. All events are free unless marked otherwise. Bring your fishing pole, tackle, Fishing log and any other equipment you want to use to each event. Some group supplies may be available for use depending on the event.
