Teen/Tween Chopped Basket - Lafayette, LA

One of the most popular shows that kids love is Chopped! We will have a chopped style basket that the kids will love! The basket will challenge their creative skills. We will help them along each step of the way. Ages: mature 9 year olds - 14 years old 6:00-7:30 kids/participants only 7:30 parents may join in for the plating and tasting $45 per participant Kids will work in partners and guided by our instructors. Baskets will include 3-4 ingredients that they must use and have access to our pantry for additional ingredients. *Keep in mind that this is not the chaotic environment of running around like on 'reality tv' as that is not deemed safe in a kitchen. We encourage kids to have a well thought out and executed plan with their ingredients to learn throughout the class. For safety precautions, we take care of all heat related items.
