Mathews Kid's Kayak Camp - Port Haywood, VA

When: June 18 - 22 and July 9 - 13 Where: Mobjack Kayaking, LLC Time: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Cost: $225/child This Kid's Kayak Camp is for ages 10 - 15 There are 6 spots available per camp. There are 6 spots available. The kids will become familiar with all parts of a kayak. They will learn how to enter and exit the kayak properly; how to maneuver with skill and how to self-rescue and group rescue. All of this will be taught in a fun, safe environment through kid friendly games. As the week progresses and skill level increases we will venture into the different areas of Mathews to paddle and explore the Eco Systems of surrounding, protected waters and hopefully find some dolphin to kayak with. On Friday we will have a Parent's day in order for the children to show off the new skills that they have learned throughout the week. Registration begins immediately. To register, please give us a call. Once we receive your check you child will be entered into the week of your choice. First come, first serve.
