This advanced week-long course for teens focuses on the Apache Scouts' way of life. Here, we begin to understand what it means to become the eyes and ears of the people as Grandfather Stalking Wolf and his people taught. This encompasses learning more advanced shelter and fire techniques, animal forms, martial arts study, tracking, invisibility, physical and spiritual workouts, group dynamics, and most importantly, awareness. This class approaches those skills through a series of unique games and challenges in which students rise as an individual, but also as part of a greater team. FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? This program is for teens aged 13-17. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? There is plenty of parking at the camp site. What can I bring into the event? Bring sleeping bag, swim suit, knife, changes of clothing. Please do not bring any electronics! All remaining balances are due no later than two weeks prior to your program. If you registered online, you can pay your balance through your online registration or by phone at 609-971-1799. We accept cash, checks, PayPal, postal money order, traveler’s checks, and credit cards. All monies must be in U.S. funds. Failure to submit the balance by the due date may result in the loss of your enrollment and will also result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellation 30 days or more before the first day of class: 100% of paid balance returned and deposit forfeited. Cancellation less than 30 days before the first day of class: 50% of paid balance and deposit forfeited. Cancellation 7 days or less before the first day of class or failure to attend: 100% of paid balance and deposit forfeited.
