TrialNet at ADA Teen Adventure Camp - Ingleside, IL

Join us at the ADA Teen Adventure Camp from 1 to 3 pm on Sunday, July 30 for free TrialNet screenings for relatives! Diabetes TrialNet Chicagoland will be offering TrialNet screening through the Pathway to Prevention study to family members of people with #T1D. The test is a simple blood draw that can identify autoantibodies that signal an increased risk of type 1 diabetes. These autoantibodies may show up years before symptoms appear. If testing shows you are at increased risk, you can be closely monitored and may be eligible to take part in clinical studies testing ways to slow down or stop disease progression.
