Kid's Summer Camp - Albany, NY
Date: Monday, July 10th to Friday, July 14th Time: 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm each day Cost: $199 for the whole family! Ages: 5 to 12 years old (Grades K through 6th) Call 518-459-4444 to sign-up or stop into the gym! Camp Includes: o Albany CrossFit Kids T-Shirt o Nutritional Instruction & Snack Time o Exercise instruction from professional coaches o Fun and challenging workouts o 1 week of daily fitness activity lasting 2 hours per session o Fitness for the whole family (parents’ workout too!)
