Cobra Kids Yoga & Art Camp, July Session - Atlanta, GA

Designed especially for kids ages 6-10, this summer program teaches kids yoga poses, breathing techniques to help with mindfulness and relaxation, and the philosophy of yoga through storytelling, art-making and play. Your kids will get a healthy snack and bring home art projects made with love! Susi is a regular yoga instructor at Tough Love Yoga and is a certified art teacher in the state of Georgia. She has been teaching for 18 years. We will provide: a small, healthy snack and art supplies. Kids should bring: a yoga mat and lunch (a refrigerator and microwave are available for use). Details: Monday, July 10th - Friday, July 14th | 9am-1pm. Kids may be dropped off as early as 8:45am.
