Swimming – Youth Camp (Session One) - Indianapolis, IN

Campers must be able to at least swim the length of the pool in freestyle and backstroke. Campers will be grouped by age and ability level and will be lead in instruction by UIndy student athletes. Instruction will focus on body position, kicking, proper technique of the four competitive swimming strokes (fly, back, breast, free) as well as competitive racing starts and turns.
