Kids Yoga Day Camp (5 hrs) - Sarasota, FL

Drop your little ones off for a fun filled Thanksgiving themed 5 hour Yoga Day Camp held at Colonial Oaks Park, Wednesday, November 23rd from 9am-2pm While learning yoga postures, deep breathing & relaxation techniques, together we'll develop coordination, flexibility, strength & balance, while cultivating cooperation, kindness, gratitude, clear minds & joyful hearts. Sheila and Jaime are both certified through Kidding Around Yoga and are offering a full day of interactive yoga for kids which includes kid-friendly poses, songs, games, crafts, activities, freeplay, yoga story time and meditation. Cost is $65 per child with a 50% discount for additional siblings. Open to ages 4 and up.
