Forage to Table, with Ellen Zachos assisted by Melissa Price - Bruce, WI

$275/person staying at the camp $250/person staying elsewhere Join us with Ellen Zachos for this fun weekend. We will be foraging some fall wild edibles and making some awesome dishes. I have never tasted something Ellen cooked that I did not like! We will also do some sampling of her wild wines and cocktails! Don't miss out. The option for bunk house camping will be included in the weekend fee as well as some of your meals. Breakfast Saturday morning will be on your own.

Work Weekend - Holcombe, WI
June 3 - June 5 @ Christian Harbor Youth Camp
Always work to do to get the camp ready for the campers. Two roofs will have steel installed on them, cleaning of the chapel and some of the cabins, yard work. We will also be switching the shop and the game room so lots of hands will be needed there. At least 9 holes of miniaturegolf will be moved to the area around the garage (soon to be game room). Food will be provided. Let us know if you will be staying overnight so some cabins will be cleaned and ready. For those staying over Saturday night ...
