Jewish Summer Camp: Reframed

Oh summer, it brings back memories of our summer camp days: the warmth of singing around the campfire, the triumphant rush of winning Capture the Flag, the eruption of laughter during a wacky skit, the pride of mastering a new friendship bracelet pattern. For many of us, camp was a joyful time in our youth. This summer, we want to go back, and relive and recreate those fun times. We want to celebrate the fun of camp, while learning what many Jewish summer camps don't tell you about the Occupation. IfNotNow Boston is hosting a day of summer camp for adults. We will do summer camp themed games and activities that will include some learning about the Occupation. We will also be serving barbecue food and making tie dye.Our hope is to give you a chance to check us out, get to know our community, and begin a discussion about the occupation.
