Kids Summer Camp is here! Ages 5 and up, parents drop off and pick up. We start with snack (provided), introductions, and then dive into the day! We finish with a nice long walk on the beach with Zucca (my puppy) and a book reading that pertains to the day. Each day children will learn: kitchen and cooking safety, appropriate knife skills and food handling. Your child will learn about seasonality, cooking with fresh herbs and explore spices. We will make a pasta dish, humanely and sustainably sourced protein, vegetable dish, and dessert. Menu is driven by the Farmer's Market's availability , what is grown in my garden, what's exciting at Murray's cheese and charcuterie, and the topic of our literature. You can sign your child up for the package week @ $275 or per day at $60.
