Summer Art Camp: Week 5 - HALF DAY

Join us this Summer as we launch our 10th year of Summer Art Camp at our new facility The Hive by Bee Cave Arts Foundation, located in the Hill Country Galleria. Ages 6-14During Summer Camp The Hive will become a classroom + art studio for young artists to focus on creative and fun ways to explore the world of art. The emphasis will be on experimentation, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. Students will think, plan, play, create, reflect and share their art work at an exhibition on Friday. Every week is different and full of new surprises and challenges. Be sure to register early as classes will fill up quickly. We look forward to helping the artist in your child blossom and grow!Meet the Director - Deby ChildressArtist/Art Educator Deby Childress is currently the art teacher at Bee Cave Elementary with over 30 years of experience teaching art. She holds a Masters of Art in Art Education and BFA in Studio Art from UT Austin. Deby loves to inspire and encourage young artists and is very excited about this summer opportunity to work to with local youth in a new creative space.
