Program a Robot to race- One hour workshop for Kids 8-12

Learn how to program a mindstorms robot to race around a racetrack In this class, you will learn how easy and fun it is to code with EV3 Programming and watch how the robots react as they race around a room.  The instructors will provide you with all the help you need so you can quickly start programming your teams robot. Then you will learn to use EV3 Robots and sensors to accomplish a mission and you will be challenged to complete a task before you start to design your racing program. To be the winner in a challenge you may need to use critical thinking and you may need to tinker with your creation and work collaboratively with your team to solve the challenge but don't worry, no experience is necessary for this class is super popular and it is a blast from start to finish. Parents are invited to see the races at the end of the workshop.
