Spring Break Camp: Game On!

Spring Break is here, and it's Game On! at Pop Culture Classroom! We're dedicating this week to games of all sorts: board games, card games, video games, and tabletop role-playing games. Not only will students have the opportunity to play games and build community with their peers, but they will also stretch their critical thinking and creativity skills by creating games of their own! This week-long camp will leverage your child's interests in order to help them remain engaged and leaning over the break. Game on!  Educational Takeaways Through playing and creating games, students will gain: Creative thinking skills Critical thinking skills Problem solving skills Cooperative communication skills Project management skills Math skills Literacy skills Community building Healthy conflict resolution This camp is for ages 10 - 14. Scholarships! Apply We strive for every student who wants to attend our summer camps to have the opportunity to do so! We offer full and partial scholarships for students who meet the criteria detailed in our scholarship forms. Please submit the form at least three weeks (21 business days) before the start of camp. All forms will be reviewed by our staff and applicants will be notified within 5-7 business days (before the start of camp). ¡Queremos que todos los estudiantes que quieran asistir a nuestros campamentos de verano tengan la oportunidad de hacerlo! Ofrecemos becas completas y parciales para los estudiantes que cumplen con los criterios detallados en la forma para las becas. Envíe la forma al menos con tres semanas (21 días hábiles) antes del inicio del campamento. Todas las formas serán revisadas por nuestro personal y los solicitantes serán notificados dentro de los 5-7 días hábiles (antes del inicio del campamento). CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date of the camp will receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the camp start date and the spot is filled by another camper at least 7 days or more before the camp start date, a refund minus 10% administrative fees will be issued. If the spot is not filled, a refund minus 50% administrative fees will be issued. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of of the camp start date. To cancel your registration: Email ([email protected]) your full name, participant’s full name, camp that you are registered for, and the camp dates. Pop Culture Classroom reserves the right to cancel any camp that does not meet minimum enrollment. Full refunds will be issued and you will be notified at least one week prior to the start date of camp.Please note: Pop Culture Classroom reserves the right to remove any student from the program if s/he displays any behavior that is harmful to others and/or disruptive to the camp. Under these circumstances, a refund would not be issued.
