Springfield - Camp-A-Palooza! The New Jersey Special Needs Camp Fair

WHAT IS CAMP-A-PALOOZA? CAMP-A-PALOOZA! is New Jersey's premiere special needs camp fair. This free, family-friendly event will be held on March 3, 2019 at the Hilton Garden Inn on Rt. 22 in Springfield, New Jersey. CAMP-A-PALOOZA! will feature over 30 camps and summer programs for children with special needs of all ages and abilities. Parents can browse the tables, meet the camp representatives, gather information and find dozens of options for their special camper this summer! PLUS the first 100 parents to register will be guaranteed a SUMMER SENSORY bag filled with goodies! WHAT TYPES OF CAMPS AND PROGRAMS WILL I FIND AT CAMP-A-PALOOZA? CAMP-A-PALOOZA! features local special needs day camps, special needs sleepaway camps from the tri-state area including NJ, NY and PA, and assorted ESY and summer programs for kids and young adults with special needs in New Jersey. WHO IS SPONSORING CAMP-A-PALOOZA? CAMP-A-PALOOZA is sponsored by NeedQuest, a local event company that connects families to special needs resources in New Jersey via our online directory (NeedQuest.com) and family-friendly events including Camp-A-Palooza, School-A-Palooza and Thera-Palooza in north and south New Jersey.   HOW TO REGISTER CAMP-A-PALOOZA is free for families to attend. You may register in advance or at the door. Walk-ins are welcome. However, you must register to recieve a Summer Sensory bag. Summer Sensory bags are guaranteed for the first 100 registered families only so register quickly!. Additional bags will be given out while supplies last. To register, click on "REGISTER" - only one registration per family. ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS For the kids, the fair will have live entertainment throughout the day, a hot dog and lemonade stand, and a quiet Activity room staffed with volunteers from the Kean Univerity OT Department for those moments when kids need a break.
