Teen Leadership Camp - San Diego, CA

Spark Week is a one-of-a-kind enrichment day camp designed for high potential teens focusing on a leadership, success and a happiness mindset. Based in San Diego. Spark was created by three former Google employees, Spark incorporates 21st-century success strategies designed to boost your teen’s, critical thinking, creativity, character, confidence, and teamwork skills; all critical for success in high school, college and beyond. Spark is fun and highly interactive. It gives teens an engaging space to explore how to be the best version of themselves as they balance school, friends, family, and their future. Over four days your teen will explore: Developing their own personal leadership style that they can apply in many aspects of their lives such as sports, groups, and clubs, in college and beyond Becoming more motivated to tackle new challenges Boosting their self-confidence and self-esteem Strengthening their character Learning how to be happier during challenging teenage years Grow their communication and interpersonal skills Gain clarity in their natural abilities, interest, passions and personal values Intensify their focus Build resiliency and tenacity strategies on how to turn setbacks into success Develop a clear vision and high expectations for their future. Make deep friendships that last long after Spark Spark consists of 4 full-day sessions from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with multiple breaks throughout the day and lunch provided. Catered lunch and snack provided. Door to door transportation included.
