KiD VS. WiLD Outdoor Adventure Summer Day Camp - Statesville, NC

Calling all Adventurers! Join us at the Barium Springs YMCA for an outdoor adventure day camp. Campers will learn about a wide variety of topics including: wilderness survival tactics, hiking safety, first aid, camping, swimming and boating safety, how to use a compass, how to read a map, geocaching, and tree and plant identification. Camp will be held during two 1-week periods from 9am-1pm each day. *Please bring a swimsuit + towel each day! Week 1: Monday July 24th-Thursday July 27th Week 2: Monday July 31st-Thursday August 3rd Sign up for one or both weeks! As an added bonus, also sign up for an optional field trip to be held Friday August 4th. This field trip will allow campers to demontrate their mastery of all the topics covered during camp.
