Culinary Adventure Camp! - Soquel, CA

Join us for Culinary Adventure Camp! Starting June 19th we are offering three weeks of cooking camps!!! June 19th-23 "Eat the Rainbow" 8-12 year olds, $225 (9:00- 11:30am) Each day we will focus on preparing a healthy sweet and savory dish focusing on one color. We will learn how that color is beneficial to our health- and try new flavors! June 26- 30 "Around the World in 5 days" 8-12 year olds $245 (9:00-11:30am) Each day we will focus on making a healthy meal from scratch from one of these 5 countries: India, Japan, France, Italy, and Morocco! July 10-14 "Cooking Essentials-Top Chef" 12 -15 year olds $240 (9:00-11:30am) Each day we will focus on developing essential kitchen skills such as knife skills, sauces, sautéing, baking, and more. Each class will end with daily group and individual challenges a la "Top Chef". Classes will be taught by our own Teen Kitchen Project adult chefs: Mima Le Cocq, former pastry chef at Chez Panisse, Kirby lunch program director, French instructor, and co-founder of Carried Away, Aptos.
