A fun, high energy camp for kids ages 9-13. Kid's will learn that living a healthy and active lifestyle can be fun and exciting. During the 3 hours, participants will have have FUN and work HARD! They can expect to learn proper movement mechanics, perform a body weight and speed and agility workout, learn the basics of nutrition, and the importance of setting goals and how to do so!
