Everything you need you already have, this program will give you access to what is inside of you and will help you tap into the leader within. We will spend our days in mediation, physical asana practice, discussion and self-inquiry. The program will be geared towards developing communication skills with yourself and others so that you can fully express your most authentic self. You will be left with a set of tools that you can apply both on and off your mat so that you can lead an empowered life. For girls ages 16-19 years old June 19th - 22nd // 8:30am - 3:30pm $295, registration closes June 1st.
