ABOUT CAMP Youth camp 2017 will be held at Springville Camp & Convention Center. We will be joining other youth ministries throughout the state of Alabama corporately to experience God in an incredible new way! Youth camp will be packed with morning & evening services. These services will have everything from amazing worship to an inspiring word by Daniel Gray (www.danielgray.cc). We believe our students lives are going to be challenged and changed forever! Students will also have the option to participate in lake front activities, water blob, ziplines, water slides and much more! REGISTRATION Three easy options: 1- Stop by DFC Central at your campus to register your student. Youth leaders and staff are ready to help you get all the information you need. 2- Download the attached form on this page labeled - CAMP REGISTRATION FORM, INFO SHEET AND LIABILITY RELEASE FORM. Fill out and email to [email protected]. 3- Stop by the youth office at the northport campus Monday through Thursday between 9am and 5pm (Ask for youth staff) and they would be happy to help! FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE Students will have the chance to participate in youth camp fundraisers between now and camp. We encourage all our students to participate! We never want to turn a student away, please call the youth office at Daystar Northport Campus should you know if your student will be needing financial assistance to camp! All students who receive financial assistance will be required to attend and participate in fundraisers leading up to camp. POPCORN PALACE FUNDRAISER January 8th through February 1st at all campuses. Students/Parents can stop by DFC Central to sign out a popcorn fundraiser packet. Students are encouraged to sell popcorn and 50% of all earnings will go towards camp. Popcorn orders must be turned in by Feb. 1st. YARD SALE FUNDRAISER April 22nd at the Northport Campus. Parents and church members are encouraged to do a little spring cleaning and bring donation items to our NP Campus for our annual Yard Sale Fundraiser. On April 22nd we will ask all students to attend the yard sale, assisting with setup, sales and clean up. Amount earned during this fundraiser will be given to students who helped with all aspects of the yard sale from start to finish that day. Students who do not attend will not be given earnings from this event, so we ask that you plan to have your student there on April 22nd. CAR WASH FUNDRAISER Starting May 7th students/parents will have the chance to pick up pre-sale car wash tickets at DFC Central at their campus. We are encouraging students to sell as many pre-sale tickets at $10 each. 100% of amount earned by students pre-sale tickets sold will go directly to that students account for camp. On May 21st before and after service a the Northport Campus we will be holding the car wash and any additional money earned will be divided between students who attend and help wash cars. We encourage students to plan to stay all morning and into the afternoon. This was a very successful fundraiser so please plan to sell pre-sale tickets and to have your students attend on Sunday May 21st.
