Walworth/Noyes Family Reunion 2016 - Marion, MT

Walworth Family Reunion Notice! Date: August 12, 13, 14, 2016 Arrive: 6:00 p.m. on 12th Depart: 4:00 p.m. on Sunday the 14th Camp Fees: My contract says $550.00 per day for 50 people. $10.00 per person per day over 50 people. Children 7 and under are free. This may change a bit but not much if it does. Food: We have traditionally hosted and pd. for the Friday night meal as we aren’t traveling. Saturday 3 meals, and Sunday 2 meals will be provided for the actual cost of the food, and divided by the total number of people coming. Children 7 and under are free. All of you who have come to the Lion’s camp in the past are familiar with the Nazi who was running it. I am pleased to announce that she is no longer there. A wonderful lady by the name of Jessica Thomas is running it now. Her and I discovered today that the Nazi manager wrote us into a different date than I was told at our last reunion there. I think I am just happy to have a reservation, as they are already booked out a long way. So some of you will think it’s a July date, but we actually are on their calendar for August 12, 13, and 14. I’m hoping this doesn’t create too many problems for anyone, as there is no way to change it now. Please let me know as soon as you can if you think you are coming. We still pay for a minimum of 50 people per day, so would like to see at least that many come. Lots of cabins are available for sleeping and the camp has a lg. shower/bathroom located in the middle of the camp. Campers are also allowed but no hook-ups. If you want a motel room, the only motel is out on the Hwy. at the turn to the camp. It has changed hands many times so I no longer know anything about it. It was called the Hilltop Hotel and the number I have for them is 406-854-2442. Let me know if this doesn’t work and I’ll try to track down more accurate info. I am really looking forward to this time with all of you. Family is important to me and I really want to know you and catch up with all your lives! Please come with your many talents and musical instruments! I’ll make sure we have some fire wood too for some campfire singing time. I’m thinking due to the popularity of the Mexican night, I will offer that again on Saturday evening, with some Mexican beer and margaritas too. LOL!
