Free Teen Class at Nyack Boot Camp - Nyack, NY

Get your teenager off the Xbox and and into our gym for a free workout! It is a great chance to check us out with this free workout. Our workouts are never boring, always changing and challenging and most of all fun. This full-body, full range of motion training is perfect for teens who want to get fit. It is also for teen athletes who want to up their game in their favorite sport. Our workouts will create a balanced all over strength and functional fitness. Great for both boys and girls. Participants will get to use battling ropes, sandbags, Rage balls, kettlebells, and more. But RSVP as class size is limited. Tex/call 845-558-0351 or email [email protected].
