Why am I alive? Who can I trust? Who will fight for me? Who sees me? They starve themselves to look like the beautiful woman on the screen. They cut themselves in order to control their emotional pain. They use food to cope with the chaos of life. They strive for athletic prowess in order to be seen. They hope each social media "like" will validate their worth. YOUR daughters are being driven to conformity and crushed by comparison. They believe in order to fit in, they must look like everyone else, when in fact, it's the uniqueness of who they, their dreams, gifts, callings and passions that will set them apart as women who will change the world. Their dreams are being silenced and reshaped by the voice of society to compliment the direction of culture. The labels of life are drowning their dreams. Hi, we are Shantell Dayton and Lu Crenshaw, we want to throw your daughters a lifeline of CONFIDENCE and TRUTH about who they really are. Let's be honest, being a teenager is HARD. We have a combined 30 years of coaching and mentoring experience and we have come to a place in our lives where we are ready to empower and inspire the next generation, Camp7TEEN is our vision. We will lift and run We will push and pull We will kick and punch We will laugh and cry The most beautiful part? We do it together as a TRIBE of courageous girls, ready to fight! We will use fitness as a vehicle to challenge the body as well as the mind and the spirit.
